Q: Where can I park my car when visiting Yeronga Natural Therapies?
A: Yeronga Natural Therapies is part of ‘The Village’ shopping centre, so you can park your car in the open car park which is reached from either Fairfield Rd (going towards the City) or from Kadumba Street (going towards Ipswich). Alternatively, you can park your car in Devon Street, which is where you will find the clinic entrance.

Q: Where is Yeronga Natural Therapies located within the Village Shopping Centre?
A: Yeronga Natural Therapies is located directly below Clancy James Lifestyle Butchers. There is a set of stairs between the fruit and vegetable shop and the butchers. Once at the bottom of the stairs, turn left and we are the first clinic on the left hand side next to Denise Maxwell Solicitors.

Q: How long before my appointment should I be at the clinic?
A: If you are a new patient and have not been to Yeronga Natural Therapies before, we suggest a minimum of 15 minutes, as you will have some paperwork to complete. If you have been to the clinic before, we suggest a minimum of 5 minutes.

Q: If I need to cancel my appointment, how long in advance should I phone the clinic?
A: Yeronga Natural Therapies cancellation policy is a minimum of 24-hours notice.

Q: What happens if something ‘urgent’ comes up at the last minute and I need to cancel my appointment?
A: Please call the clinic immediately. Yeronga Natural Therapies usually has a patient waiting-list and we may be able to fill your appointment time with another patient.

Q: What happens if I forget to call the clinic and I miss my appointment?
A: If you forget to call, you will be charged for the appointment. This will be billed to you and needs to be settled in full before your next visit with any practitioner. Naturally, we do not want to charge you any cancellation fees and so your full cooperation will be greatly appreciated by us all.

Q: Does YNT sell gift vouchers?
A: Yes we do. Gift vouchers can be bought for any treatment or products. They can be paid for over the phone by credit card and sent out to you or you can come into the clinic and purchase them over the counter.

Q: How long are the treatments?
A: Each treatment has a different length of time and the reception staff will be able to tell you how long your treatment will take when you make a booking. Alternatively, you will find the duration of each treatment listed on the Treatment Prices page, which is under the tab heading of THERAPIES on our website.

Q: Do the practitioners spend time talking to the patients even when not having a consultation?
A: Yes. Each of our practitioners will consult with you at the beginning of each treatment session. They will ask you a little about your health history and how you are feeling today.

Q: What can I expect within the treatment?
A: It depends on what treatment you are having and the practitioner will be able to discuss this with you during your consultation time.

Q: What happens if I turn up late for my appointment?
A: You will still be seen by the practitioner for your treatment, but your treatment time may be shortened to finish at the correct time. This is so that the practitioners are ‘on-time’ for their next patient(s).

Q: If I am on my way but stuck in traffic, what should I do?
A: If you have a mobile, please call us so that we know where you are. If you do not have a mobile, then please turn up as soon as you can. Your treatment time may be shortened so that the practitioners do not keep their next patient(s) waiting, but you will avoid any cancellation fees.

Q: Does your clinic keep patients waiting for long?
A: No. It is part of Yeronga Natural Therapies clinic practice to attempt to keep an ‘on-time’ clinic. However, every now and again there are circumstances when a practitioner may run slightly over time with a patient.

Q: Can I bring my child/children?
A: If your child/children are receiving treatment, then of course. However, YNT does NOT offer a child minding service, so you will need to make other arrangements for your child/children if you are receiving treatment and they are not. However, if they are happy to be left in the waiting room to amuse themselves, then they are very welcome to stay.
