If you have never been to Yeronga Natural Therapies before, please arrive ten minutes prior to your appointment time, as you will have some paperwork to complete. Our reception area is also a lovely space to relax in and unwind before your treatment.

If you are having the Feldenkrais Method, Physiotherapy, Shiatsu, Reiki, or an Indian Head Massage treatment, please wear loose and comfortable clothing.

If you are having Acupuncture or a Therapeutic Massage, please be aware that you are required to be appropriately unclothed for the treatments.

Depending on what treatment you are having, depends on the length of your appointment. Duration times are listed on the Treatment Prices page.

Please let us know if you are pregnant, or think you maybe pregnant, when you book your appointment. The receptionist can advise which treatments are best for you and which should be avoided at this special time.

After all treatments, please ensure that you keep warm, drink plenty of water and don’t do any kind of strenuous activity on the same day.

At Yeronga Natural Therapies we accept Visa, AMEX, MasterCard, EFTPOS, Cheques (with prior notice and current ID) and cash and we require that all accounts are settled on the day of your treatment.

Bookings are essential - call 07 3848 4992 during clinic hours to make your appointment.

IF YOU CANNOT KEEP YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME ... Please let the reception staff know with a minimum of 4-hours notice, as not only a courtesy to the practitioner but also as YNT often has a client wait-list and we can make your appointment time available to others.

Failure to do so will unfortunately incur a cancellation fee, which is the standard 50% of a full price treatment.

Naturally, we do not want to charge you this fee and so your full cooperation will be greatly appreciated by us all.
